Our Saturday!

Walking in Memphis...

Waiting on the trolley...it was sooo hot! And, there was some music festival going on with lots of people!

Tanner has been wanting to ride the trolley forever...

His dream came true today!

The boys loved seeing the sites... The Pyramid, river, other trolleys, and lots of horse and carriages.

Quick visit...

I took the boys for a quick trip to Tupelo this afternoon so Gavin could see the dermatologist. They squeezed us in after I talked to the nurse this morn and I was very thankful. He has had a rough week with some excema flare ups, but hopefully we will get it under control with some new lotions. The boys had fun playing in the waiting room and did great on the ride! Thankful for these boys, and for every memory I make with them... Even if it is in a waiting room:)

Fun facts about Tanner...

-loves the beach and being outside

-has become such a great swimmer this summer and has to have his goggles when swimming 

-loves to eat fruit and drink water

-enjoys going to the movies

-loves playing with Legos

-enjoys school and loves to write his letters and color

Tonight...

We enjoyed supper at church tonight and  Tanner had fun with all of his friends at the carnival. We got him all signed up for Mission Friends and Children's Choir!

Sunday Stroll

We took the boys for a stroll around the neighborhood this afternoon. We are so thankful for some cooler weather. The boys also had fun playing on their swing set this afternoon. It's usually way too hot out back late afternoon, but today was perfect!

DeeDee and Aunt B made a trip to Memphis today so Da caught a ride up to visit us. While Gavin napped, Da took Tanner to Pirate Adventure (sorry I didn't get any pics of that) and then we had a burger at Christy's. And, you can sign your name on the wall now...Tanner thought that was a great Ida.

I'm so thankful he is loving school and working so hard. We are very proud of him.

Gavin's checkup...

Gavin had his 18 month checkup yesterday afternoon. He got a couple of shots, which he cried about for just a little bit, and got a good report. So thankful for these healthy boys.
