6 month checkup...

I had my 6 month checkup today with Dr. Molly. My ear still has a little fluid in it, so she gave me some drops to help with the pain. I am now 17 pounds, 2 ounces and 25 inches long! I have been a bit fussy today between these teeth that are trying to come in and this ear ache. Please pray that my ear continues to heal and that this teething stuff gets better (I know we have a long way to go). Also, after my shots mommy took me to Walmart and we got some sippy cups and this little mesh fruit teether. I will try the sippy cups out tomorrow. I wasn't sure about this teether at first, but ...I really like ice in it and can't wait to try out some bananas! Thanks Mrs. Jan for telling us about this.

Daddy got us a pool to play in this summer and today was the first time I got to try it out! I loved it and am looking forward to a fun summer practicing my strokes and kicking. Also, I loved my little crab float today. Thanks Daddy...Mommy and I love you!

This is late tonight while I was watching my new God Made Me video that DeeDee got me when they went to the beach. I am VERY happy now that I am out of my car seat...I screamed all but 15 minutes on the ride home. My eyes are still a little red. I do believe it is very official-I am spoiled rotten.

Well, we are finally home after a long day of traveling back and forth to Kosy. We had such a good time visiting with friends and family. DeeDee and Pepaw had the house and yard all spiffed up and looking good for all the visitors. And, DeeDee had some yummy sandwiches and sweets for everyone at lunch. Thanks DeeDee! I swam for a little while today, but was very tired and ended up sleeping for a couple of hours on DeeDee and Pepaw's bed!
